Membership Recruitment: Work with Chamber membership team on recruiting new Chamber members. Welcome and greet guests at memberships meetings. Involves attendance at Chamber functions and follow up with prospects through phone calls and emails.  

Membership Engagement: Welcome new members and conduct new member activation sessions. Work with new members to make them feel a part of the Chamber by helping them get involved.

Membership Retention: Contact Chamber members to ensure their needs are being met. Involves frequent phone calls and feedback to Chamber membership team. Plan and implement Volunteer Recognition Program.
