Membership Retention: Contact Chamber members to ensure their needs are being met. Involves frequent phone calls and feedback to Chamber membership team. Plan and implement Volunteer Recognition Program.

Women in Business: Business networking for women. Programs address issues of concern to women and prepare them for leadership roles.

Business Roundtable: Discuss issues faced by businesses by providing monthly guest speakers at sessions open to the general membership.

Young Professionals Council: For young professionals (under the age of 40). Offers opportunities to expand business networks, build careers and create connections with commercial and charitable organizations.

Economic & Community Development: Create programs to focus on the retention and expansion of Brentwood and Cool Springs businesses. Also, cultivate relationships with local officials and communicate issues of importance to members.

Marketing & Communications: Work with Chamber staff to gain maximum publicity for Chamber programs and events. Build rapport with area media to foster greater media coverage.
