As a Senior Consultant with The Human Capital Group, Nancy Reece delivers results to clients through her 25+ years of experience in the field of leadership development. She most recently served as senior vice-president of leadership development at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Her responsibilities included leadership development and coaching, as well as oversight of human resources for 3500+ employees. Nancy was the first woman elected National Board Chair of the Association of YMCA professionals in its 130 year history. Under her 3 years of leadership, the Association changed its name, mission, operating principles and logo, preparing it for a future service to YMCA professionals.

Nancy also served as National Field Consultant for YMCA of the USA, providing management support and leadership development services to YMCAs throughout the country.

Nancy is a talented author and has recently served as co-author and co-editor of the book, Strengthening the Organizational Heart. She is a highly requested speaker with several national and international conferences in her portfolio. Nancy received her B.S. degree from the University of Evansville and her M.S. degree from Indiana University
