Director of Membership
Full Time Position Open
Responsibilities include the recruitment, engagement and retention of members. This person is responsible, directly and indirectly, for membership committee programs and membership goals. Job functions include leading, motivating, training and supporting the volunteer membership committees as well as personally calling on and recruiting new members.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with positive people skills and a minimum of 5 years of sales management experience. They must provide a proven record of successful sales in a membership based organization or similar professional area. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. Salary is base plus incentive depending on experience and qualifications.
